Proposed by Hugh Everett in 1957, the Many-Worlds Interpretation suggests that all possible quantum outcomes physically occur, each spawning a separate, branching universe. Unlike the Copenhagen interpretation, MWI rejects wavefunction collapse, arguing that every quantum decision point creates parallel realities where all alternatives exist. Though controversial and untestable, it remains a leading theory to explain quantum superposition without observers. MWI implies countless versions of reality exist simultaneously, making it one of the most mind-bending concepts in theoretical physics.
