The Chronovisor

The Chronovisor was a purported device allegedly built by Vatican scientists in the mid-20th century. It was said to be able to view past events by detecting and reconstructing residual light or energy. Father Pellegrino Ernetti claimed it captured images of Jesus Christ and ancient Rome. While widely dismissed as a hoax or legend with no physical evidence, the story continues to fuel speculation about secret Vatican technology and the possibility of viewing history.
