The Rich Mountain Structure – Oklahoma, USA

The Richat Structure, often called the "Eye of the Sahara," is a massive circular geological formation in Mauritania. Initially thought to be an impact crater, it is now widely accepted to be a deeply eroded geologic dome. Its striking, symmetrical bullseye appearance from space has also made it a subject of fascination, with some speculating about a connection to the lost city of Atlantis, though no evidence supports this.
