Pink Fairy Armadillo (Chlamyphorus truncatus)

The Pink Fairy Armadillo is a miniature, elusive burrowing mammal found in the dry grasslands of Argentina. Measuring just about 4-5 inches long, it boasts a delicate pinkish shell and silky white fur. Its unique paddle-shaped snout and large claws are perfectly adapted for a life spent almost entirely underground, making it both mysterious and strangely adorable.
