Savannah Cat: The Savannah cat is a striking hybrid breed created by crossing a domestic cat with a serval, an African wild cat. Known for their tall, lean build, large ears, spotted coat, and long legs, they resemble miniature cheetahs. Savannahs are highly intelligent, energetic, and social, often forming strong bonds with their owners. They enjoy climbing, playing, and even walking on a leash. Some generations (F1, F2) retain strong wild traits and may be illegal or require special permits. They need ample space, enrichment, and attention. Their care is complex and expensive. While later generations (F4+) are more domesticated, all Savannahs demand experienced owners who understand their unique needs and the ethical implications of hybrid breeding.
